Default Interface Customization Bug?

I was adjusting my interface and notieced 2 things. I cannot make the "Chat" box smaller than the default (at any given size [small/normal/large/xl] setting) and I cannot make the skillbar bigger than the default (again, at any given size setting).

Has anyone else had any issue with this? I know that previously you could make the skill bar bigger at least...

PS I didn't see an area for bug reporting, so I'm placing this in Riverside.

I wouldn't mind that much myself as much as this darned delay everyone's experiencing. But that's another thread.

Not at all, I'm able change my chat box or skill bar size. I guess its just a bug. F11- Interface - Pick size.
